Bryant Huff

Vice President of Operations

Bryant is a North Carolina native and a graduate of Morehouse College. He has spent over ten years working inside logistics, freight, and construction operations, learning the industry from the ground up across platforms including TruckIT, Headlight, and Dump Truck Dispatcher, where he served as Product Manager and Customer Operations Manager.

That background in both product thinking and day-to-day operations is what he brings to Tenway. He understands how dispatch systems work, how customers think, and how to build teams that can scale. He joined Tenway to put all of it to work in box freight and he has been building since day one.

Six years of commercial driving and he has become one of the most reliable names in the fleet. His customers ask for him by name, his delivery rate speaks for itself, and he handles every run like it came out of his own pocket.

Michael brought him in nearly ten years ago and what started as an opportunity between brothers grew into a real career. Jay is a husband and a father, and everything he does on the road is for the family waiting at home. Jay carries the Monroe name out on the road every day and does it with pride.
